Maybe it was because I had been suppressed for so long, but Titan’s Marrow had never felt this natural, this right. The Celestial Marrow in my bones sang as I grew, my channels widening; all of these caused my Anima to surge.
Crystallization compressed my Anima, and with the unearthly regeneration of my Anima Depth, I had been packing a lot of power in my soul. I burned my Anima like a man setting fire to his own house.
You see, at this point, I did not care if I died to the demon; I was just very tired of being suppressed for so long without being able to cut loose.
With the howl of the Moon Fox in the air, I became Lightning Incarnate, no, that was the wrong word... I detonated into it.
The lightning came out of me so hard the walls around me went white and then went away, and I did not have a body anymore; I had a shape that resembled a very pissed off lightning storm, what? You don’t know what that looks like? Well, good for you, and pray you don’t ever find out.
I went down the broken hall following the trail of destruction at a speed that was closer to that of teleportation. Still, even that was not enough, as I cast Stormstep, and the moment I did it, the lightning pen floating beside me made the Inscription for sharpness, and I laid it alongside this spell.
I don’t know why I did that, but it felt right; this was the next layer of spellcraft... commanding the magic itself.
My movement suddenly took a new dimension, as my lightning body seemed to cut through the distance, and the motion split the floor for two hundred feet behind me in a jagged line of light.
Sad was pulling itself out of the wreckage; an entire section had collapsed upon it, and darkness was already boiling up around it, but the Inscription I had thrown towards the demon was still clinging to it, and they tore through the darkness, not allowing it to quickly recover.
The demon must have sensed me a moment before I reached it, as its furious yellow eyes blazed and it was about to start screaming when I hit it before it finished standing.
The floor under us both went, as a crater blew out from the impact and kept going, and the vats around us cracked and voided, and something enormous screamed from inside one of them as it broke open, and I did not have time to understand if I just killed them or saved them.

The eyes of the demon almost rolled into the back of its head, as the impact seemed to have stunned it; my knee was pressed against its chest, and I lifted my right hand and called for Heaven’s Verdict.
A glowing spear of lightning appeared in my hand, and I cast the spell over and over again, causing the spear to expand until it stretched for more than thirty feet, while sending out tendrils of golden lightning that made the space around me expand as if it were fleeing from its light.
Perhaps, sensing danger, the eyes of the demon steadied and widened when it saw what was above it, and it shrieked.
A wave of revulsion and pain slammed into my soul as the Soul Flayer went insane, erupting with a flood of darkness that came at me in a wave that would have flattened a city block.
I met it with Heaven’s Verdict, and the shockwave that rippled out from the impact threw me a dozen feet back, but no more; I was a Titan, and a hundred Weight Scripts made my feet sink into the metal ground.
The clash between Heaven’s Verdict and the darkness erupting from Sad was still ongoing in front of me when, with my left hand, I wrote another Join Script and pumped my Anima into it.
A new wave of Inscription tore its way from my surroundings; these were dark and smelled of demonic corruption, but I did not care. As they converged on my script, I pushed it towards the stubborn darkness in front of me, and it tore it open with a tearing sound as if flesh had been twisted from bone with unearthly force.
I knew that the power of my script was not enough to tear through the darkness of this space, but that was the terrifying aspect about Join, it drew other scripts to itself, this effect may not seem powerful on the surface, but in a place like this where the scripts were made by what should all be Sovereigns... the scripts it was pulling upon had the sort of bite that mine did not.
The script that had torn its way through the darkness slammed into Sad, and the demon howled in pain, "How dare you!"
I looked at the devastation around us and laughed, "In case you have not noticed, this is what a fight feels like, and instead of spending so much time talking..."
I vanished and appeared above the demon, and then vanished again, and seized its neck from behind, raised it, and slammed the demon to the ground, "... you should be fighting me!"
A wave of soul-tearing force erupted from the demon, but I was no longer near it, but a hundred meters away.
Spreading out my hand, a pulse of lightning erupted from my body and connected to every piece of debris I could find... all of them had lightning essence inside them, and in the next instant, tens of thousands of lightning threads burst from my arms and connected to all of them.
A roar ripped out from me as I slowly raised my hands, and with them came hundreds, maybe even thousands of tonnes of metal, stone, glass, flesh, and the thousands of oddities in this place.
My hands were shaking, and the demon had barely stood up before it froze at the unreasonable display of power it was looking at.
With Lightning Edict, I commanded... "Burn!"
Everything I carried began to blaze with a fiery light that stripped away the darkness from this place and caused the temperature to rise so rapidly that the air began making crackling sounds as if its molecules were frying.
For a moment, it was as if I held up a field of burning stars.

My golden eyes fixed upon the demon, "Fight back, Sad... please, make it fun for me."
Then I dropped my hand.
